Using HttpContext.GetGlobalResourceObject in webpart development

It happens to everyone that you need to move the same Microsoft Office SharePoint (MOSS) site to new location. Out of the box, SharePoint provides a mechanism for excluding publishing pages from the search index by any number of criteria, but what if you want to exclude only parts of a page? I feel the fastest way is to take content database backupand restore it in your destination farm.
