you need to define what html5 are you talking about. The buzz word HTML5 or the HTML5 Standard. Those two things are completely two different pair of shoes.
1. Will HTML5 the future?
Not only the future it is today too. HTML5 Standard what i'm talking about is made to have the most support even for old browsers too. Some features will only be available in higher browser version but it can be use now.
2. Will HTML4 kill Flash?
No but more and more stuff will be done only be HTML5, CSS3 and Javascripts. Reason for that is that browser developer can optimize their browser better. Flash is proprietary and from my point of view it is more desktop development than real web development. The binary will only be hosted over the web and inside a browser runtime.
3. HTML5 in SharePoint 2010?

4. Will HTML5 be the future of online gaming?
Yes and No. It depends what you want to do and what HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript supports but you can find some really good example in the web made only be using HTML5. For example Googles "Angry Bird".
How can we start?
