Adding JavaScript Validation on Share point designer

Hello Friends,
I want to valdiate two date fields, I tried the steps mentioned in the following link

But everything was in vain, Where exactly we should add Javascripts for the validations on sharepoint designer

Hello, you can put some JS direct in the NewForm.aspx, a copy of it or in a CEWP at the page.
Just add a at the top of the Aspx page in a
, or you can put it in below the PlaceHolderMain. If you want to read more about validating SharePoint with JS, I recommend Marc D Anderson's good blogposts about this, go there.
